At first i thought it was that movie but looking at said movie, it doesnt seem so.I saw this cartoon when i was a kid in the 90s, so it might even be an 80s cartoon. The main villain is a snake in a trenchcoat and a hat and the good guys have a talking bear on their team.. i seem to remwmber the bear being like a blue green color (but i could be wrong).. it seemed to be like an adventure cartoon. comments.
